What's included

More than a course. A community.

01

Eight guided sessions

Weekly, 1.5 hours, during the day — a steady rhythm to reflect, reconnect, and move forward together.

02

Reflection between sessions

Light, meaningful activities to do at home — never homework for its own sake, always in service of you.

03

A peer community

A small group of mothers who understand. Children welcome in every session, because we know how life looks.

04

Optional 1:1 support

Book additional one-to-one time whenever you'd like more personalised guidance alongside the group.

What matrescence grows

Four powerful skills, already yours.

Parenthood is a leadership crucible. These aren't metaphors — they're the practice of every single day, and they belong on your CV.

01

Resilience

You've held more than you thought you could. You learned what you can carry — and what is non-negotiable to put down.

02

Empathy

You read what isn't said. You've built an instrument for noticing that didn't exist before — and meetings are a simpler signal than a small person at 3am.

03

Leadership

You decide, delegate, and protect every day. You set priorities with no roadmap, hold a boundary while staying warm, and own the call.

04

Strength

You've done hard things tired. Choosing again, on the days the choice is hardest, is a skill — quiet, durable, and entirely yours.

Questions

Things people ask first.

Who is this program for?
Women navigating the return to work after becoming a mother — whether you're preparing to return after leave, recently back and feeling overwhelmed, or somewhere in between. If you're wondering whether you're doing it "right," you belong here.
Can I bring my baby or child?
Always. Sessions are held online and children are welcome to join you — we know exactly how life looks during matrescence, and the program is built around that reality rather than pretending it away.
When and how often do sessions run?
Sessions run weekly for 1.5 hours, during the day, held online. Between sessions there are light, meaningful activities to reflect on at home — never busywork.
What does it cost, and what if I can't afford it?
The October 2026 programme runs at £750 + VAT. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out — payment plans are always open to discussion. Money should never be a barrier to accessing this support.
Is there one-to-one support?
Yes. Alongside the group sessions you can book additional 1:1 time whenever you'd like more personalised guidance.
Can my employer sponsor a place or a cohort?
Absolutely — and many should. Supporting a confident return reduces attrition in the first year back and signals that matrescence is understood. Get in touch to talk about sponsoring an individual or a whole cohort for your team.

You don't need to bounce back.

You just need space to move forward. Join the October 2026 programme and take the first step.
